Palais Royal! (2005) is a French comedy set in a fictional contemporary european kingdom; details can be seen on the Internet Movie Database.

I haven't watched this movie, but promotional stills include a flag - white with a large CoA. This is quartered: the I and III azure three towers or, the II and IV counterbendy azure and argent a horse rampant or, over all all a cross patty troughout or, oval pretence shield overall per pale: the I argent on a bend azure an amphor or, the II per fess: the I argent a thistle (?) or, the II argent a crown (?). Supporters are lions, proper, royals crown, and blue scroll (visibly yellow in its backside) with black sans serif letters saying "DIEV EST ?ASSE" (1st letter of the 3rd word may be "L", "J" or "I"). The shield is of samnitic shape and below it there's a red heart between two laurels; more laurels flank the crown, two on each side, and two pairs more fill the space between the lions' paws.
This is a fine example of what looks grandiose to the unaware and very fishy to the heraldry connoisseur. It reminds me somehow of the civic arms of Salamanca province.
A few more images can be seen here; a very large one here
Note that the Hercules Pillars in the depicted building ornamentation
implies that the shot location was Spain.

The arms on the flag looks very much like a misinterpretation of
the greater arms of Sweden.
Couldn't they have come up with something more original than that?

The missing part of the moto is more than probably "lasse" which would translate the sentence as: " God is
bored".
Marc Pasquin 21 December 2006
In fact, it says "DIEU EST CLASSE !" [God is nice/great/cool!] An image of the coat of arms, found on this blog can be seen here
You can see in the movie a white flag with the whole coat-of-arms, as already
reported, but also a banner-of-arms ; you can see here an image of it taken from the
teaser.
Olivier Touzeau 2 January 2007
I think that "God is classy!" correctly renders the intended
incongruity of the motto.
