This imaginary country (from the books of Spirou) has a border with Burma. The name of its dictator is Kodo, the Marshall Kodo found in "Kodo le tyran" and "Des haricots partout". The flag of this country is red with a white disc but with a "C" in the middle with a vertical bar at the bottom of the "C".

The name of the country is Satung [ed. note.: this is a phonetic equivalent of the original French "çatung"].

You can see it on the front cover of the first book here. The names of the two comic books are "Kodo Le Tyran" and "Des Haricots Partout", I don't know what they are called in the English translation as I only have the Swedish ones.

In the story "Kodo le tyran", this little country cornered between Bangladesh, India and Burma is called "çatung". For those who are not familiarized with French language, I precise that the letter ç ("C cédille") is used when the letter c has to be pronounced as an s instead of a k before the vowels a, o or u, and the design on the flag is of course the initial letter of the country. As çatung is a dictature, the flag is clearly inspired by the Nazi one, and I believe that the square design of the letter was made to copy the swastika.
