Description of the Flag

On 28 July 1981 the flag of the district of Kosrae or Kusaie was adopted. This design includes four white stars and the "Fafa" stone, a ceremonial stone in the Micronesian islands. There's a white wreath to remember the UN trust. Ratio 37:70

I spent the last week in the State of Kosrae, Federated States of Micronesia. The flag is in fact, UN light blue, rather than the royal blue depicted. The only place that I saw the flag flying throughout the island was at the governor's office. The FSM flag was not flying anywhere.
