Flag of Region Haute-Normandie

The flag of Region Haute-Normandie is white with the logo of the Regional Council. It can be seen on photos taken in August 2008 in Brest during the French Youth Yachting Championship.

A variant of the flag is white with a variant of the logo, the text being placed right of the colored emblem instead of beneath it. The flag can be seen on photos taken in August 2007 in Brest during the French Youth Yachting Championship.

The logo of the Regional Council of Haute-Normandie, created in 1993, shows a yellow leopard on a red background, recalling the traditional arms of Normandy, white and blue waves symbolizing the Region's ports and beaches, as well as the curves of the Seine, and a green stripe representing agriculture, fertility and the diversity of the regional landscape.
