Delquignies, based on the river Scheldt at Mortagne-du-Nord, near Valenciennes, in the North of France, is an important handling and logistics centre, a transportation firm, a freighting agency, and a customs broker.

The house flag of Delquignies, as proposed on French eBay in June 2005,
is a rectangular orange flag bearing the name "FR. DELQUIGNIES / & FILS" (& Sons) in black plus the company logotype, rendered in black and grey, in the lower fly.
The pennant of Delquignies, from the same source, is a triangular, rather long and narrow flag, with a white field lined black inside an orange border, the company logo near the hoist and orange letters, shadowed black, in the fly proclaiming the full company name "FR.
DELQUIGNIES / & FILS". The logo itself contains two double arrows; on an orange square is placed a white vertical double arrow with broad arrowheads, and neatly worked in is a horizontal one in black.
