Description of the flag

Wadham College of Oxford University (photo by "inel") can be seen at http://inel.wordpress.com/2008/04/11/wadham-college-oxford-main-entrance. The college website is at http://www.wadham.ox.ac.uk. Founded in 1610 by Nicholas Wadham (endowment) and his wife Dorothy (realization), whose arms became those of the College. Wadham College Boat Club

[Pin of Wadham College Boat Club] image provided by Tobias M. Sullivan, 27 September 2013

These arms appear to be those of Wadham College. If those are oars behind the arms, that would suggest this pin is from Wadham College Boat Club. I don't see anything suggesting they use those arms, though, but if not, they might know more.
