The flag and arms of Kharagauli are prescribed by Decree No. 2, adopted on 3 January 2011 by the Municipal Council.

The flag is vertically divided green-white with, in the middle a cross countercolored, cantonned by four crosses countercolored. The flag is a banner of the arms placed as an esuctcheon in the middle of the municipal arms.
