Description of the flag

The flag of the Accra Metropolitan Assembly can be seen at these two Facebook links:  link 1 and link 2. The flag is "army green" with the corporation seal in the center.

The seal includes the full coat of arms in a white disc surrounded with a wide rim, with double edge, in the same shade of green (darker than the national flag). The emblem’s size on the flag seems to be around half the flag’s height.

Also in the Accra Metropolitan Assembly facebook page, a large sized image of the seal. The coat of arms seems to be a full achievement of arms, with blue and white mantling, a branch of peaches(?) for crest, and a white scroll reading "GA SƐ GBƐ DZI GBƐ". (I found the same sentence, with an extra "ɛ", at http://www.modernghana.com/news/629813/accra-love-it-or-leave-it-to-asase-on-ga-anti-ashanti-xen.html, "Ga sɛɛ gbɛ dzi gbɛ" seems to be an alternative spelling.)

The shield seem to be Argent two flames(?) Gules and on a pale Azure a palm tree Proper(?) and on a chief Sable a representation of the city skyline(?) Or.
