This is the flag adopted for the Bubi people, which live in Bioko Island (Equatorial Guinea). Ratio 2:3. No more details are known at this stage. In the process of decolonization from Spain, the Bubi's were left under the jurisdiction of the peninsular people of Fang, led by the Nguema clan.  Many Bubis are refugees in Catalonia or Euskadi.

The  flag used by the movement "Grupo Nacionalista Bubi 1 de Abril" (Group of Bubi Nationalists 1st April) has blue, white, and green horizontal stripes.  In the center of the white stripe is a black four pointed star. The Movement is fighting for the independence of the Bioko Island.

The Bubi (Eri) flag according to the chart Flags of Aspirant Peoples [eba94] (listed under nr. 11) shows a reconstruction of the same flag but with a five pointed star (probably from an imprecise description).
