The Olympiacos CFP (lympiakos Sindesmos Filathlon Pireo, Ολυμπιακός Σύνδεσμος Φιλάθλων Πειραιώς) sports club was founded in 1925 in Piraeus.

The flag of Olympiacos is based on the Greek flag, with seven stripes at the club's colours (red and white), and, in canton, the club's emblem, which portrays an anonymous teenager, winner of the Olympic Games.
