The flag of of Kaštelir-Labinci (photo, 14 June 2012) is white with the coat of arms in the middle. It seems to be made of silk-like material, with a fringe.
Another, cheaper made copy of the flag (photo, 5 July 2010) has the coat of arms somewhat smaller, bordered yellow, and with the background of the shield light blue.

The coat of arms is "Azure on a base gules a ruined castle argent, a path of the last leading to it from the base". It pictures the ruins of Castle Nigrinjan.
