The flag of Imotski (municipal website, images no longer available) is in proportions 2:1 (vertical), white with the coat of arms in the middle.

Coat of arms of Imotski - Image by Željko Heimer, 3 August 2004
The coat of arms is "Azure a tower argent on mounts gules and in chief a mullet or and in base a crescent or".
Laszowski [lsv39] says that the coat of arms was granted in 1890 by the Minister of the Interior (I guess that was the usual practice back then). Beforehand, Imotski used a coat of arms showing St. Francis of Assisi.
