The coat of arms is described in Article 5 as follows:
The coat of arms of the Municipality of Crnac is the historical coat of arms of the Municipality of Crnac.
The size of the coat of arms is 5:6 (width:height), its colour are green and dark yellow.
The coat of arms of the Municipality of Crnac is rectangular in shape with the lower part of the shield is curved toward the outer side.
The coat of arms is coloured green, representing the basic econimic branch of the Municipality - agriculture and woodworks of the Municipality, as well as the relief of the Municipality, of the markedly lowland region.
In the central part of the shield chief are the toponymic symbols of the Municipality, depicted in the hape of two crossed (in the lower part) branches of Turkey oak [Latin, Quercus cerris, Croatian, hrast cer] and French oak [Latin, Quercus robur, Croatian, hrast lužnjak].
The name of the Community of Crnac comes from the town of Crnac, whose name is derived from the Turkey oak, which was once more abundant in the region than today.
The second largest place in the Municipality is Veliki Rastovac, also including the oak toponym (Hrastovac or Rastovac). The branches are different in the shades of shapes of the oak leaves and fruits.
The branches are connected in the base forming a unique figure (the shape of cross with diagonally set branches associating to the chervil cross of St. John the Baptist).
St. John the Baptist is the patron saint of the Municipality of Crnac. The elements of the coat of arms as well as the coat of arms itself is outlined with a black line.
