Presentation of Gradina

Gradina is located about 10 km north-east of Virovitica, with over 5,000 inhabitants, just over 1,000 in the village of the same name. Gradina has of lately became a center of Marian worship.

The flag of Gradina, as displayed in the County Assembly Hall, is in proportions 1:2, wjite with the coat of arms in the middle.
The design was not approved by the central authorities.

The coat of arms pictures on a green shield a church on a red hill, to its left a corn ear and in chief a wavy line, in the base a white disk with a inflamed donwpointing sword.
A variant once shown on the municipal website has a white Marian cypher on the right of the church.
