The coat of arms is described in the 2013 Statutes as follows:

The coat of arms of the Municipality of Lukač was designed in 1995 in accordance with heraldic and vexillological rules and guidelines from the Ministry of Administration and the Croatian State Archives. [...]
The coat of arms, that is, the shield of the arms of the Municipality of Lukač, is rectangular in shape with the bottom part curving towards the outer side of the coat of arms.
The coat of arms is divided into red and green fields over which is a yellow winged bull with the head within a white circle. The winged bull is the attribute of St. Luke the Evagelist, the patron and namesake of the municipality.
