Flag of the Civil Defence

During wartime in Croatia in the 1990s and immediately afterwards, say well until 1997, on the headquarters of the Civil Defence it was not unusual to see the Civil Defence flag hoisted, as an orange flag with blue triangle. No special sign was added to the flag to show that this is, specifically, a Croatian service. A vertical version of the flag was also recorded, having the triangle rotated to point upwards.
