Rácalmás is a town in in Fejér county, Hungary. It is located on the right
side of river Danube, which is also represented by blue and white wavy lines in
its coat of arms. The name Rácalmás is derived from a special tribe that was
named asTend the Apple Orchards. The settlement was mentioned at first time in
1025.After the end of Ottoman rule, three settlements (Almás, Tikos és Szigetfa)
were unified in 1696, when the modern settlement was established. It has been a
town status since 2009.

Flag of the town is blue and white in horizontal stripes, and its coat of
arms is placed on the middle of the flag.
