DA'AM - Mifleget Poalim (DA'AM – Workers Party) list that was assigned with the letter kuf, was submitted by DA'AM – Irgun HaPe'ula HaDemokrati (Democratic Action Organization). This party was founded in 1996 as a Arabic-Jewish socialist workers party and is led by Osama Agbariya, making it the only list that is led by a women.
Its agenda describe the party as an Arabic-Jewish workers party that will fight unemployment and struggle for equality. It failed to get a seat in 2003 elections and got only 2151 votes.
As a left wing party and as Arabic-Jewish party it use two flags in both languages – Party initials in white on red background with the center of the mem/mim shape as 5 points star.
3692 votes are far from enough for a seat.
