Mumbai Cricket Association

At the world cup between New Zealand and Canada the match is being played in Mumbai, India. Above the main stand five flags are flying: four of them are the flags of India, New Zealand, Canada, and the BCCI (the governing body of cricket in India). The fifth, is very dark blue over deep red over gold. It's possible there was a small black emblem of some sort in the centre of the red stripe.

The colours of the Mumbai Cricket Association are Navy Blue, Red and Gold. I'd think it's more than likely a flag of the association. See a chapter http://www.mumbaicricket.com/mca/download/Historyofmca/Bombay_Cricket_Association_Colours.pdf, from a history in a 1980 Golden Jubilee commemorative book http://www.mumbaicricket.com/mca/History_of_MCA.asp.
