Description of the flag

Comune of Borgomanero is in Novara province, Piedmont.

The flag has a ratio of 5:2. It is a white flag. The coat of arms of the municipality is shifted to the top.

Description of coat of arms:
The red shield is divided by a white centred cross. In the 4th quarter is a white hand. The shield is topped by a mural crown having five turrets. It is flanked by a laurel branch and an oak branch, both in natural colour and connected by a red ribbon beneath the shield.

Source: I spotted this flag in Bad Mergentheim near the Kursaal on 17 February 2011. Borgomanero is a partner city of Bad Mergentheim.
