A photo of the flag appears on the official JOC website: white with an unusual logo, referred to as the "Black Iris," plus the usual rings. The inscription below the flag is barely visible; I think it is Arabic, but as an English-inscription version of the logo is also shown, a matching flag might also exist.

The flag of a program called "Peace Through Sport" is displayed more prominently on the JOC website; there is a good photo of it in the Gallery section.
