Thanks to Mr. Kariyasu here is the flag of the town of Itayanagi.
Tomislav Šipek, 10 December 2014

The town emblem was adopted on Jan 5th 1965 by Notice No 1 but there is no flag law. The maroon flag has a white town emblem in the center. The town emblem is a stylized katakana イ I of Itayanagi in a form of an apple as a local speciality. It represents the town’s exponential development and the town people’s reconciliation and solidarity.
