The town emblem and the flag were adopted on Sep 8th 2005 by Notice No 23. The green flag has an orange, a white, a yellowish green and a blue four color town emblem in the center. The town emblem is a stylized kanji 七 Shichi of Shichinohe. It represents an activation of the town and a sentiment seeking for a development. The flag proportion is 2: 3. The height of the emblem is 7/10 height of the flag.

Tenmabayashi Village / 天間林村

The flag of the former village of Tenmabayashi was blue with mark. The village is now, from 2005, part of the town of Shichinohe.
