Thanks to Mr. Kariyasu here is the flag of the village of Yomogita.
Tomislav Šipek, 10 December 2014

The village emblem was adopted on Jul 1st 1980 by Notice No 7 but there is no flag law. The green flag has a white village emblem in the center and the kanji name in white horizontally at the bottom. The village emblem is a stylized katakana ヨ Yo of Yomogita in three lines. Three lines symbolize the past, the present and the future and an unlimited development. It represents a reconciliation , a solidarity and a toughness like a pine needle.
