Kuzumaki Twon General Affairs section says they only use a purple flag without town name at the town hall building.
Nozomi Kariyasu, 20 October 2014

The town emblem was adopted on Dec 15th 1978 by Notice No 31 but there is no flag law. The purple flag has a white town emblem in the center. The town emblem depicts leaves of pueraria montana available in the town.
