The village emblem was adopted on Jul 1st 1961 but there is no flag law. The white flag has a blue village emblem in the center. The villege emblem is a stylized katakana ノ No of Noda. It represents a surge of the industrial culture and an unlimited development in four directions under a reconciliation and a solidarity.
