The Flag

The city emblem was adopted on Oct 1st 1959 by the Notice No 23 but no flag law. The dull purple flag charged with the white city emblem in the center. The flag proportion 2 : 3. The city emblem is a stylized kanji 名NA which symbolizes the harmony and the progress of the new city Natori. There are city flags with and without kanji city name available but mostly the flag with the name is used.

Natori City kindly sent me the color sample for the city flag which is brighter purple than Tomislav’s image. Please use the purple. They use the purple flag with kanji city name in white horizontally at the bottom part.
