The town emblem was adopted on Jan 1st 1959 but no flag law.
The blue flag charged with the white town emblem in the center. The flag
proportion 2 : 3.
The town emblem is a stylized kanji 七 SHICHI. The entire circle represents the
harmony and the solidarity of the town people and kanji 七 in the center
symbolizes the stability of the town people's life and the development of the
town.

The flag of the town of Shichigahama is already reported, but I found minor
changes in color and mark form.
