The town emblem was adopted on Dec 20th 1961 by the Notice No 142 but no flag law. The blue flag charged with the white town emblem in the center. The flag proportion 2 : 3. The town emblem is stylized kanji 柴田 SHIBATA. It represents the prosperity of powerfully developing town.
