The town emblem was adopted in 1958 but no flag law.
The purple flag charged with the tarnished silver and gold town emblem in the
center. The flag proportion 2 : 3.
The town emblem is stylized katakana ワク WAKU. The ワ symbolizes the immeasurable power of the town people as the driving
force of the great progress of the town. The ク stands for the mental harmony of the town people.
