The town emblem was adopted on Mar 17th 1959 by the Notice No 64 but no flag
law.
The purplish blue flag charged with the white town emblem in the center. The
flag proportion 2 : 3.
The town emblem is a stylized hiragana ざ ZA in mountain and peach form
symbolizing Zao mountain range and special local product peach. It represents
the limitless progress of the town and the harmony of the people.

The flag of the town of Zao is already reported. My corrections are minor.
So, replacement or not?

No need to replace the image.
