The village emblem and the flag were adopted on May 25th 1967 by Notice No 7. The blue flag has a white village emblem in the center. The village emblem is a combination of stylized hiragana ひ Hi and kanji 成 Naru. It represents a reconciliation of the villagers and a powerful development of the village. The flag proportion is 170:255.
