The city emblem was adopted on Oct 17th 1963 by Notice No 77 but there is no flag law. The purple flag has a white city emblem in the center. The city emblem depicts an iris flower as the city is famous for flower production. It represents a simpleness, a magnificence, an elegance and a cleanliness.
