The village emblem was adopted on Oct 1st 1968 but there is no flag law. The red flag has a white village emblem in the center. They use red color for the flag field and use the word of red in the website instead of an orange. Please use the red of the flag image in the website.

The village emblem is a stylized hiragana い I of Izumizaki. The center circle symbolizes a reconciliation and a solidarity of the villagers, the wings do an image of the village administration which is steadily developing and makes a leap forward unlimitedly.
