The town emblem and the flag were adopted on Apr 18th 1977 by Regulations No 1. The white flag has a green town emblem in the center. The town emblem is a stylized N of Naraha in a form of two oak leaves (naraha). The outer circle stands for a peace, a solidarity, a coexistence and a co-prosperity, the center circle for the sources of life to develop unlimitedly. The flag proportion is 68: 100.
