Thanks to Mr. Kariyasu here is flag of the village of Showa.
Tomislav Šipek, 22 December 2014

The village emblem was adopted on Mar 20th 1967 but there is no flag law. The purple flag has a white village emblem in the center and the kanji name in white horizontally at the bottom. The village emblem is a stylized katakana ショウワ Showa in a form of a winged pigeon. It represents the village’s peace and development.
