Flag adopted by notice no 28. The flag uses the emblem described by 1954
notice no 63 (19 July, see city website (in Japanese)).
The emblem features two sylised katakana fu フ,
forming a circle with lines to the centre from the 12 o'clock position.
Inside the fu there is a also a curved hill shape. The dimensions are
given as 170cm x 250cm, although this can be scaled.
