The town emblem and the flag were adopted on Dec 20th 2006 by Notice No 203 and 204. The white flag has a blue and a white two color town emblem in the center. The town emblem is two stylized K of KamiKawa in a blue  circle. The flag proportion is 2: 3. The height of the emblem is 3/5 of the height of the flag.

Kamiizumi Village / 神泉村

The flag of the former village of Kamiizumi was blue with mark. The village is now, from 2006, part of the town of Kamikawa.
