The Flag

The emblem and the flag were adopted on Oct 1st 1982 by Notice No 140. The purple flag has a white emblem in the center. The emblem is a stylized kanji 豊 To of Toshima in a turtle shell surrounded by 12 petals of chrysanthemum. The flag ratio is 2:3.

Thanks for correction. Toshima ward confirms the color of center circle be purple.
