The flag of the City of Namerikawa is purple with mark. I also found maroon and white (?) variant.

The city emblem was adopted on Jun 1st 1954 but there is no flag law. The purple flag has a white and a yellow city emblem in the center and the kanji city name in white at the bottom part. The city emblem is a stylized kanji 川 Kawa of NameriKawa in a chevron. The wave symbolizes the word origin of the city name.  It represents the city landscape of mountains, plain and rivers. There are variants of maroon flag with a white and a blue city emblem and also white flag with blue city emblem.
