The village emblem was adopted on Jun 1st 1971 but there is no flag law. The maroon flag has a white village emblem in the center. The village emblem is a stylized katakana オ O of Omi in a form of a bird. It represents the village peoples solidarity, an abandunt peace, a bright future of the village and a strong surge without limit.
