The town emblem was adopted on Jul 1st 2005 but there is no flag law. The white flag has a blue and a light blue two color town emblem  in the center. The town emblem is a stylized hiragana い I of  Ibigawa. It represents Ibi River stream and the future vision of the healthy  and cultural town where an adult and children can feel safe in a closeness with others. The spiral curve stands for a nature and a  history to inherit to the following generation.
