The town emblem was adopted on Mar 1st 1968 but there is no flag law. The white flag has a blue town emblem in the center. The town emblem is a stylized kanji 池田 Ikeda. The upper wings symbolize a prayer for an improvement and a development of the town, the center cross does a brightness of light and the center circle does a peace and a richness.
