The town emblem was adopted on May 13th 1970 by Ordinance No 5 but there is no flag law. The white flag has a green town emblem in the center. The town emblem is a stylized hiragana と To of Togo. The green circle represents an image of the towners who help each other and the wish for a peace and a development in abandunt greens.
