The city emblem was adopted on Mar 31st 1966 by Notice No 51 but there is no flag law. The white flag has a blue city emblem in the center. The horizontal figure stands for a peace, the circle for a peaceful town administration and the chavron for a progress. It represents a peaceful development of the merged towns and villages.
