The city emblem and the flag were adopted on Jan 1st 2005 by Notice No 1 and 2. The white flag has a blue city emblem in the center. The city emblem is six blue flower petals which indicates the geographical location of merged six towns and villages. It represents a wish that six towns and villages may cooperate each other to develop like they will produce a large flower. The flag proportion is 2:3.
