The town emblem was adopted on Nov 7th 2005 by Ordinance No 2 but there is no flag law. The white flag has a blue, green two color town emblem in the center. The town emblem is a stylized katakana カ Ka of Kamikawa. The blue and the green color symbolize a blessed nature such as mountains and water and the circle does a field of the town.
