The city emblem was adopted on Oct 1st 2005 by Notice No 223 but there is no flag law. The white flag has a green, a blue and a light blue three color city emblem in the center. The green color stands for a coexistence between an abandunt nature and the citizen, an interchange and a cooperation, the blue color for a sea. It represents an image of the city which provides a vitality, a contact and a secure and grows freely a warmth and a peace in blessed circumstances.
