The town emblem was adopted on Nov 18th 1957 by Notice No 16-1 but there is no flag law. The blue flag has a white town emblem in the center. The town emblem is a stylized hiragana み Mi of Misasa. The circle symbolizes a solidarity, a peace and a conformity of the town people. It represents a surge and a development.
