The town emblem was adopted on Jul 1st 2005 by Notice No 121 but there is no
flag law. The white flag has a green, a red, a blue three color town emblem in
the center. The town emblem is a stylized K of Kagamino. The four faces
symbolize the former four towns and villages. The green color stands for an
abandunt earth and a nature, the red color for the sun, a vigor of the people, a
cultural history and an interchange of the people with a nature. It represents
an image of the town which makes a leap forward.
